This is BRAND NEW and has NEVER had water in it. There are some scratches and small dings on the outer cover see pictures. There are several inches of insulation between the cover and tank, there NO DENTS on tank or anything that affects functionality. It may or mayn't have all of the original stickers, and some scratches wordings but IS BRAND NEW AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL.

Just let me know the voltage and phase you require I will set it up for your application before shipping including changing elements. Some specs are in the last few pictures. The inner tank has been checked and is perfect. This unit is currently set up 208V, three phase, but field convertible and can be 480V as well, single or phase.
