There are several inches of insulation between the cover and tank, there NO DENTS on tank or anything that affects functionality. This includes my changing the heating elements to selected voltage . It may or mayn't have all of the original stickers, and some scratches wordings but IS BRAND NEW AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL. This is BRAND NEW and has NEVER had water in it.
