Details:

Installed, working unit with caveat. Recently started fluctuating between hot and cold after a couple minutes of running. Selling as is with original box, instructions, etc. It has a water temperature range of 80 F to 140 and power greater than 10000W.

The water connection is 3/4 inch NPT and located at the bottom of heater. I replaced both heating elements with new and the flow sensor, but no luck. This unit worked for my whole house as shown in pics. This Eco-Smart tankless water heater is a great addition to any home or business.

The heater is compact and can be mounted in various locations such as whole house, wall, indoor.
