Fully functional, but there are some very minor scratches and dings on the outer cover see pictures. This unit is currently set up 208V, three phase, but field convertible and can run 480V as well, single or phase. It is rated for 24KW at 208V.
The inner tank has been checked and is perfect. There are several inches of insulation between the cover and tank, there NO DENTS on tank or anything that affects functionality.
