Well packaged and ready to install. Comes with all required water shutoffs new in packages as well blow off valve. We opened it up to check the filters and fan everything is like new, barely even dust. This is a propane RL-94i tested and working.

No damage at all. This was taken out of a re model as we were changing gas to NG, it in an occasional use second home and is perfect shape. This is a LP/ propane setup.
